Who Should You Get to do the tattoo work

Getting a tattoo is a major decision and you want to make sure you get a tattoo artist with the talent required to give you a great piece of art.  I recommend speaking with friends and relatives who have had tattoo work done locally.  Find out if they were happy with the work that the artist did for them.  If you can not find a local tattoo artist that you are comfortable with, I would recommend travel.  A tattoo will be with you the rest of your life.  Therefore, if you have to travel several hundred miles to get the tattoo, it may just be worth the flight or drive.  You do not want to wind up with a crappy tattoo because you settled for the local tattoo artist!

Think long and hard before making your selection.  You will be happy you did.
