Getting a tattoo can be the worst mistake you have ever made if you make the wrong selection of tattoo.  Here are some tips of tattoo's to avoid.

1. Get a tattoo of a boyfriend or girlfriends name.  Many people get their first tattoo at a young age while they are blindly in love.  The tattoo lasts forever and the love is gone.  When you fall in love with someone else, many times the new partner will be jealous of the tattoo because you have the name of you lost love imprinted on your body.
2. Avoid getting tattoo's with your favorite rock band.  As you get older your taste in music may change.  You may no longer want to have the skull and cross bones imprinted on your arm for the world to see.  You may become qualified to be Vice President of a fortune 500 Company and the tattoo could cause you problems in getting promotions.
3. Avoid getting tattoo's in places that you can not cover with clothes.  You may one day wish that you didn't have that tattoo on your forehead for the world to see.  Think twice about this...
